About me

I have a BA (Hons) in Modern Languages (Spanish and Japanese). After studying for 3 years at the Manchester Metropolitan University and 1 year at the Universidad de Murcia, I have developed a high understanding of the Spanish language in both everyday life and in a professional working capacity. In addition to the linguistic component of language learning I have gained a great deal of respect and knowledge of Spanish culture, particularly in the Region of Murcia.

After completing my degree, I obtained qualifications in teaching English as a second language and as a foreign language (TESOL and TEFL). I have worked as an English teacher in Murcia for 3 years. From private academies to schools, I have taught English to infants and all the way up to adults at a wide range of levels of fluency established by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
